Return Policy

Tycoon Packaging allows a 7-day return period on our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) purchased to us within 7 days of receiving your package. Please make sure that you meet all of the requirements listed below:

Eligible to Return (for returns): In order to receive an exchange or refund, the products you wish to return must remain unused, as they were when received, have not been altered, and must still contain their original packaging.

Process for Returning: If you would like to return your items by post, simply email our customer service department at info@tycoonpackaging.co.uk, and we will send you instructions on how to proceed with returning your items.

Refund Policy

Once your returned goods are received by us, inspected, and we have confirmed that you can get a refund on the return, we will send an email to you to let you know the status of your refund. If the return has been accepted and you have selected the original method used to make the purchase when you made the purchase as your refund method, we will process the refund at that time.

Processing Refunds: It will take up to 7 working days from receipt of the returned product to process a refund.

Non-Returnable Products: There may be certain non-returnable items, such as personalised products, etc. More details about which items fall into this category can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received something that was damaged or wrong, please let us know about it in writing within seven (7) working days of receiving the product. Depending on the case, we will either give you a replacement for no cost or provide you with a full reimbursement. Please send pictures of what happened so we can process your claim as quickly as possible.

Shipping Information

FREE SHIPPING: All UK-based deliveries will be delivered FREE of charge.

DELIVERY TIME: From the point of dispatch, delivery times for our products will take approximately 2-3 working days from receipt of order. The majority of orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 working day.

SHIPPING METHOD: Our products will be dispatched via reputable courier services to provide a fast and secure method of delivery.

Custom Products

Custom items (i.e., packaging with custom printing) have special requirements.

Custom Return Policy: Because of the custom nature of these products, we will only accept returns if the product was defective at shipping or when you received it.

Your Responsibilities as a Customer: The buyer has the full responsibility for reviewing their design and all other details of the order prior to finalizing that order. If there are mistakes made by you, we cannot help you with that issue and it may cost money to fix that issue; further, we may not be able to accept a return.

How to Return an Item

For a refund, please take the following steps:

Email our customer services department on info@tycoonpackaging.co.uk (within 7 working days) as soon as you have received your goods.

Include your order reference number and state why you are returning the goods.

We will contact you regarding how to send back the returned items and also send a prepaid return postage address if applicable.

Place the item(s) into their original packaging to protect them, then send the returned item(s) back to us by post.
